Indra‘s company, leader in Digital Transformation Consulting and Information Technology in Spain and Latin America; and Catenon, an undisputed global benchmark in the field of talent recruitment, have joined forces to jointly develop the first Cloud solution using the most advanced technologies in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to ensure the identification and acquisition of the best talent at global level.
The solution is under development and is expected to be released in beta phase in 2020.
Minsait applies all its knowledge of advanced technologies and its sectoral specialization in the Digital and Cultural Transformation to meet the challenges of attracting and retaining talent identified by Catenon. About 400 tools have been thoroughly analyzed by both companies’ teams to define the key functionalities of a solution that does not seek to compete with professional social networks or job portals, but to provide a cloud service whose philosophy is closer to that of a virtual assistant (anticipates needs, learns from the user and searches autonomously) than to a search tool for candidates for use.

Artificial Intelligence will play a determining role in the user interface.
The system will learn from the recruitment processes and autonomously improve search filters. In addition, it will monitor the candidates contacted in the selection processes to report their progress in terms of career, such as a job change or promotion. The solution that is being developed by Minsait and Catenon will even identify common patterns to the most valued candidates in order to spontaneously propose passive candidates who, although not actively seeking employment, have the skills required for high-demand jobs. This will involve a better experience of the candidates, who will be contacted by companies with regards to their values and skills and, at the same time will result in a drastic reduction in the time spent searching for candidates through multiple channels. In later stages of development, the tool will incorporate functions that will reduce rotation and monitor employee satisfaction.
