The Mobile World Congress Barcelona, the world’s leading mobile congress, has wrapped up its 14th edition in Barcelona.
Its presence in the city, has left behind many new releases for technology lovers: new flip phones, longer lasting batteries, and above all quicker connection.
The Congress helped identify new needs. Also demonstrated that, technology is present in practically everything, even in the global search of professionals.
At least 52% of the population looks for employment on their mobile phone, and at least 62% have visited the company’s employment website on their device.
With these figures, it’s obvious that companies need to be prepared so they don’t lose potential candidates.
Thanks to the ease of use, mobile-first technology is gaining speed, with more digital talent acquisition platforms, appearing on the scene.
These platforms are more efficient, based on data technology, and digitize processes making them more objective and smarter. However, most importantly, they bring the brand directly into the hands of candidates.
Our team was there, with the Cámara de Comercio Francesa de Barcelona at the event organized by French Tech Barcelona.
An intense day of activities, meetings, conferences … all in pursuit of the latest trends in technology, and sharing knowledge of digital recruitment.
