The COVID-19 pandemic will leave every country with a before, and a very distinct after the situation in the job market. America and its labour market is no exception to this reality and the challenges it entails. The main challenge will be the shift in skills. New leaders will be expected to possess completely different skills, mainly digitally and technologically inclined.
