TalentHackers, Catenon’s business unit specialising in technological profiles, continues to grow with the incorporation of Carolina Rivera Rubio as Senior IT Consultant. This business unit provides an innovative and disruptive response to the growing demand for technological and digital profiles, through data technologies applied to a system of paid professional referrals to activate passive IT talent. The Spanish Association of Personnel Managers AEDIPE-CHR has recognised the disruption of this platform by awarding TalentHackers the 2021 prize for the “BEST INNOVATIVE INITIATIVE BY A HUMAN RESOURCES COMPANY”. The unit grows 324% in Q1 2021 compared to Q1 2020.
Leticia Mesonero Marcos, new Life Sciences Manager at Catenon in Madrid. Among her main functions, she will manage the strategy for this segment and will reinforce the current offer of search and evaluation services for professionals specialised in this industry. Leticia has an outstanding track record in talent search and selection firms such as Ackermann, Michael Page and Hays in the FMCG and Healthcare sectors in Spain.
